I want to take a moment to personally WELCOME you to becoming a client with Virtual Simplicity!  You know it’s the time to change the way you work. It isn’t possible to wear all the hats, and it’s time to hand off some of those responsibilities so you can focus on the thing that matters most- doing the thing you LOVE and growing your business!

I am committed to providing the very best service to you as your business manager and it is my number one goal to treat your business like my own. You can count on me to provide excellent customer service to you and your clients/customers.

What you can expect by working with me

You can expect a business bestie and someone who is on your team. I will be your biggest cheerleader and will be willing to offer you support, tips, and advice to help you move your business forward in a realistic and strategic/organized way.

That means I will:

  • Go the extra mile to make clients happy

  • Respond to voxer messages and email and messages promptly

  • Follow up with clients to ask for feedback

  • Make recommendations and offer solutions

  • Encourage you and cheer you on

  • Help you set good boundaries to ensure you’re living the best life

Hours of Operation

My business hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST/EDT. My office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. You may notice that most of my working time is completed in the early AM or afternoons/evenings. ALL CLIENT PHONE CALLS  must be scheduled to ensure appropriate availability and planning time is agreeable for both parties.  (Please be advised, that at this time I will only be available to do client phone calls during the time range of 4:30-6:00 PM EST/EDT, Monday-Friday.)

Client + OBM Communication

While my office hours are listed above, client communication boundaries are key to establish up front.

  • Communication Expectations:

    • During office hours, I can reply via voxer or email usually within 3-7 hours.

    • Outside of office hours, all communication will be replied to within 24 hours.

    • Weekends: Communication will be responded to on the next business day (usually Mondays).

  • Communication Methods: I work with two main forms of communication.

Rush Jobs

I understand that things pop up and you need help immediately.  For rush jobs, you will be charged a 25% surcharge for less than 24 hours’ notice and 50% surcharge for evenings, weekends or U.S. holidays.


Referrals are our favorite way to gain new business. Any time that you generously make a referral to our business, please let us know and we will be sure to acknowledge you with a special gift and/or praise online for your business, once the new client is signed.


I adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. I take your confidentiality very seriously – all passwords are kept private and I use the highest level of internet security. If I need to use your credit card, I will shred the information after 1 use. Additional confidently measures are outlined in our Online Business Management Contract.

Contracting Team

On occasion, it may be necessary for me to utilize a member of my contracting team to provide you the quickest and most accurate service. Under these circumstances, the team member’s work will be thoroughly checked by me to ensure excellence of service. All members of my contracting team are required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon hiring.

Payment/ Billing

You will receive an invoice (delivered via Dubsado once a month) on the date you sign up, for services rendered for the upcoming month. Please note that payment is due upon receipt on the first of the month. Payment must be received before the month's work will begin.
